Q: Will transfering media from analog/digital media to DVD risk damage to the original media source?

A: Whatever analog and digital media that we receive will be returned back in the same condition that it was received.

Q: Will adding special features to the DVD cost extra?

A. No, there is one flat price per 4.7 GB DVD ($15 USD). However,a dual layer DVD will cost an additional $2 USD.

Q: How much content can I fit on a DVD?

A: A standard 4.7 GB DVD will fit 2 hours of content. A dual layer DVD, which costs an additional $2 USD, will hold up to 4 hours of content.

Q: What types of DVD casings are available for order?

A: Currently, there are two cases available for order: slim casings and standard size casings, each hold only one DVD. However, customer orders can be placed in regards to the DVD casing at no additional charge, but if you placed a custome casing order, be aware that all of your DVDs ordered will come in that casing. For example, if you order four DVD's and wanted a custom case on one of them, all four will come in the custom case.

Q: How will the picking up/ dropping off of orders be handled?

A: After an order has been received, there has to be an arranged time for an representative to pick up and drop off orders. The client must be home during these schduled times. If the client is not, then they will have to reschdule.

Q: What type of content can I have tranferred to DVD?

A: You can transfer pictures, audio, video, slideshows, and animations onto a DVD. However, none of this content can be copyrighted or poronographic in nature, or else, we will refuse your order.

Q: What is your policy on tranferal of musical content to CD?

A: In regards to tranferring music you have on a audio cassette or vinyl record, we cannot tranfer any copyrighted matieral.

We can tranfer musical content if you hold the copyright on it. For example, if you have a band wish to put your songs on a CD, that would be perfectly fine since you are the creators of that content.
